Prices include Wi-Fi, gas water and electricity.
The kitchen has a gas cooker - if a gas bottle is empty, it can be exchanged for a full gas bottle at reception at no extra charge.
There is street parking near the bungalow.
Pets upon consultation.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The house is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Bedding package required.

Prices:
Bed- 13.50 € (1 pillowcase, 1 bottom sheet, 1 duvet cover).
Towels- 7.-- € (1 hand towel, 1 small towel, 1 washcloth, 1 bath mat).
Kitchen package- 7.-- € (1 towel 1 tea towel).
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is 2,20 € per person per night for guests aged 14 and over. (not Included in the price).

Cleaning
Mandatory cleaning is required at the end of the stay.
The cost is 97,50 € (not included in the price).​

Washing machine and dryer
There is a facility with washing machines at the reception.
​
Wifi
A new private wifi network was installed in november 2023 to improve strength. and connectivity.
(EOLO Super, 30+MBps).
​
Deposit of 100 € is payable together with the final rental amount.
This will be refunded as soon as possible after the of the rental period, provided no irregularities have occurred.

The administration cost are 22,-- €.

​Cancellation conditions:
If the tenant cancels the agreement up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, he will still be liable for 40% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks in advance 50% of the rental price and from 2 weeks up to the start date 60% of the rental price.
If the tenant only gives notice on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer be using the rented property, he remains liable to pay the full rental price.

The Park and Lake Garda
Sunclass
Sunclass Holiday Park is a park with 170 holiday homes, with managers/reception speaking English, Dutch, German and Italian. It's situated just above the town of Gardola about 500 meter above Lake Garda.

The swimming pool is generally open between May and September accessible only to guests of the park. In the main season, there is a team organising activities for children and a life guard is present.
Mountainbikes and e-bikes can be rented in Gardola. Several hiking and cycling trails start right from the park.
