Info
Prices include Wi-Fi, gas water and electricity. The kitchen has a gas cooker - if a gas boole is empty, it can be exchanged for a full gas bottle at reception at no extra charge.
There is street parking near the bungalow.
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The house is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Tourist Tax.
The tourist tax ai 1.70 €nper person per night for guests aged 14 and over. (not Included in the price).
Cleaning.
Mandatory cleaning is requird at the end of the stay.
The cost is 85. € (not included in the price).

Bedding.
Linnen is not included but can be rented.
Bed- 11.95 € (1 pillowcase, 1 bottom sheet, 1 duvet cover).
Towels- 5.95 € (1 hand towel, 1 small towel, 1 washcloth, 1 bath mat).
Kitchen package- 3.95 € (1 towel 1 tea towel).
If you bring your own linen, the double bed is a king size (160cm x 200cm).
Washing machines.
There is a facillty with washing machines at the reception.

Wifi.
A new private wifi network was installed in november 2023 to improve strenght ans connectivity.
(EOLO Super, 30+MBps).

Deposit of 100 € is payable together with the finala rental amount. This will be refunded as soon as possible after the of the rental period, provided no irregularities have occurred.

The administration cost are 19 €.

The Park and Lake Garda
Sunclass
Sunclass Holiday Park is a park with 170 holiday homes, with managers/reception speaking English, Dutch, German and Italian. It's situated just above the town of Gardola about 500 meter above Lake Garda.

The swimming pool is generally open between May and September accessible only to guests of the park. In the main season, there is a team organising activities for children and a life guard is present.
Mountainbikes and e-bikes can be rented in Gardola. Several hiking and cycling trails start right from the park.

Lake Garda
​
Gardola has great facilities including several good restaurants, a supermarket, tennis courts (which can be booked through reception), a weekly local market and local shops for wine, olive oils or local produce. Download a simplified map with the main shops and restaurants (Dutch/German).
